Tangram is a ground-up 1.2 million square foot mixed-use development project located in the heart of Downtown Flushing, Queens. In addition to two residential and one office tower, there is a 208-key Marriott Renaissance Hotel and 275,000 square feet to high-end curated retail that is centered around a sweeping sky-lit atrium.
The retail includes a state-of-the-art Regal Cinemas 4DX movie theater and a 24,000-square-foot Food Hall - a foodie's paradise with international eats. Other tenants include Orangetheory Fitness, the premier learn-to-swim facility Goldfish Swim School and the interactive arcade Gatcha. Eateries include Beijing-based Ju Qi, the famous Taiwanese 85°C Bakery Cafe and one of China's largest and most popular hot pot chains, Shoo Long Kan Hot Pot.
Designed by New York-based JG Neukomm Architecture, with retail interiors by BHDM, Tangram is intended to become a global destination, marking a new chapter for entertainment and experience in NYC.
