As Vice President, Ana Blumenau, in conjunction with F&T’s executive team, evaluates the company's key operational procedures, creates, and implements new processes and automations. Ana also oversees the day-to-day operations of the property management and property accounting teams.

As an asset management executive with 25 years of commercial and mixed-use real estate operations experience, Ana has spent significant time in financial management, risk management, collaboration with leasing, legal and construction departments, tenant and community relations, brand management, strategic marketing, contract negotiations, and staff development.

Prior to joining F&T, Ana was Vice President at Related Companies for 16 years and managed Related Retail's portfolio in the NYC Metro areas. Ana was involved with the development, construction, and stabilization of approximately 3.5 million square feet of retail, along with 17 acres of public parks and standalone retail assets in Manhattan. After Related, Ana was Senior Manager of Retail Assets at Bozzuto Management and oversaw the Northeast Region comprised of 25 mixed–use properties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
