Alex Chiu has 14 years of experience in finance and real estate, with expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, financial analysis, corporate finance, asset management, reporting, and development. At F&T, Alex is responsible for shaping the firm’s investment strategy, managing key transactions, overseeing asset performance, and leading its development initiatives.

Prior to joining F&T, Alex worked at CIM Group, Arsenal Capital, and Goldman Sachs, gaining extensive experience in real estate investments and developments, corporate finance, and portfolio management.
