Director

Albert has joined the F&T Group with over 19 years of architectural design and documentation experience, leading project teams through all phases of design and construction.  Throughout his career, Albert has worked as an integral part of a few very prominent international architecture firms which have allowed him to be a key component on projects of different scales and typologies both internationally and domestically.  Albert brings his keen attention to detail and experience on large scale developments for commercial office, mixed-used developments along with education and cultural centers.  He is a multifaceted architectural designer who has cultivated a versatile repertoire of design sensibilities, technical detailing knowledge, and project delivery experience through his diverse educational and professional background.

Some of Albert’s more recent project work includes leading the design team on a RFP effort for a mixed-use proposal in Philadelphia, composed of residential towers, library expansion, museum and retail components all connecting back to the existing cultural fabric of downtown Logan Square.  Most recently relevant Albert has been an integral part of various Office to Residential Conversion studies across New York City.  He has helped analyze and develop proposals for multiple potential conversion sites, understanding the feasibility, zoning, code, and design issues which vary from one project site to the next.  He has developed options with full and partial conversions for each site, identifying floor by floor efficiencies and projected unit counts while considering and balancing potential overbuild possibilities with current zoning regulations.
